As a Paralegal / Legal Assistant, you will interact directly with clients, understand their housing-related legal concerns, and evaluate their eligibility based on company guidelines.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in the legal domain within a fast-paced and professional environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients over phone to collect case details
• Assess housing disrepair claims as per company guidelines
• Use Proclaim Case Management System (training will be provided)
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment

👤 Eligibility / Requirements:

• Excellent spoken & written English skills
• Strong communication and telephone handling skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Experience in target-driven environments is a plus
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
