Position: Manager – Vendor Partnerships
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential vendors via platforms such as LinkedIn, trade directories, and marketplaces.
Pitch Ergode's value proposition confidently to key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
Conduct discovery calls to evaluate vendor readiness and commercial viability.
Collaborate with pricing, logistics, and product teams for smooth vendor integration.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly vendor acquisition targets.
Execute consistent outbound efforts (calls, emails, follow-ups) to maintain a strong pipeline.
Ensure vendor documentation is accurate and compliant.
Track performance metrics via Excel/Google Sheets/CRM and contribute insights to improve sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, or Inside Sales.
Strong communication and persuasive skills in English.
Strong numerical aptitude — expertise with pricing, ROI, and margins.
Target-driven with the ability to close deals independently.
Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
Exposure to e-commerce or B2B platforms (vendor onboarding/acquisition).
Prior experience in high-pressure sales environments (BPO, EdTech, FinTech, SaaS).
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

End-to-end expertise in prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing vendor deals.

Analytical mindset with comfort in ROI, pricing, and margins.
Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Accurate vendor documentation and pipeline management.
Experience in executing outreach campaigns with measurable conversions.
Understanding of e-commerce vendor dynamics (catalog, pricing, compliance).
