Job Description
You will be working as an Analyst / Senior Analyst to support Structured Finance and CLO operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with Trustees, Accountants, Collateral Administrators, and Portfolio Management teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and deal monitoring across structured credit products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Shadow Trustees on Comprehensive Monthly Investor Reporting, ensuring compliance with Indentures
- Prepare and review Quarterly Waterfalls with Trustees and Accountants
- Liaise with interdepartmental teams to resolve data breaks and exceptions
- Coordinate with Collateral Administrators, Trustees, and Fund Administrators
- Perform Ramp Reporting and track borrowings and capital contributions for warehouses
- Support equity projections for new deals
- Prepare deal write-ups and review investment guidelines and compliance for new CLOs and Warehouses
- Handle ad hoc requests from the Portfolio Management (PM) team
**Key Skills & Knowledge:**
- CLO
- Structured Products / Structured Finance
- Trustee & Indenture Compliance
- Waterfall Calculations
- Fixed Income
**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
- Masters degree in Finance
- Progress toward CFA / FRM is preferred
- Exposure to Structured Credit (CLO, ABS, CMBS) is desirable but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
