Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Compliance Officer to manage social, environmental, product, and buyer compliance for our home textile manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle compliance audits: BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, WRAP, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX
Ensure compliance with labor, safety, environmental, and buyer standards
Conduct internal audits and corrective action follow-up (CAPA)
Manage certifications and audit documentation
Coordinate with testing labs and buyers
Monitor sustainability, chemical, and product compliance
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in textile/garment compliance
Strong knowledge of buyer audits and textile certifications
Good communication and reporting skills
Experience in home textile industry preferred
Preferred
Knowledge of ZDHC, MRSL/RSL, ISO standards
