Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves handling goods, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse workplace. This position is ideal for candidates seeking stable work with growth opportunities in warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Assist in receiving incoming materials and checking quantities

Inventory Handling

• Arrange and store items in designated racks and locations
• Support stock counting and inventory checks
• Report damaged, missing, or excess items to the supervisor

Packing & Dispatch

• Pack products as per company standards
• Label cartons and prepare goods for shipment
• Assist during courier pickups and dispatch schedules

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
• Report unsafe conditions or damages immediately

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit to lift and move goods (up to _20_ kg)
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
• Honest, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of warehouse processes
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics warehouse (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
