Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves handling goods, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment. This position is ideal for candidates seeking stable work with growth opportunities in warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Assist in receiving incoming materials and checking quantities
Inventory Handling
- Arrange and store items in designated racks and locations
- Support stock counting and inventory checks
- Report damaged, missing, or excess items to the supervisor
Packing & Dispatch
- Pack products as per company standards
- Label cartons and prepare goods for shipment
- Assist during courier pickups and dispatch schedules
Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions or damages immediately
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit to lift and move goods (up to _20_ kg)
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes
