Operations Analyst

Drive operational excellence through data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions.

This role focuses on driving data-backed decision-making across operations. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw operational data into structured insights, building scalable reporting systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and performance. You will not just “prepare reports” - you are expected to question data, identify gaps, and influence business decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations / Data Analytics / Business Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BCA.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI
• Analytical Capability
• Stakeholder Management
• Project & Ownership Mindset
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
• Experience in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently
• Experience handling end-to-end reporting or analytics projects
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ByD, or similar
• Exposure to forecasting, supply chain, or operations analytics
• Experience in digitization or automation projects
