HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a market leader by Gartner, IDC, and&nbsp;Forrester.</p> <p><br><strong>Job Summary<br></strong><br>The Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product&nbsp;implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. The Consultant is responsible for delivering the project&nbsp;with good quality, high value and great customer satisfaction within the project timelines. This&nbsp;job profile will offer an individual high visibility with regular client interaction as he/she will be the&nbsp;main Point of Contact during Build, Testing and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product&nbsp;Implementation. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellentcommunication skills.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>● Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune&nbsp;2000 companies across the globe.<br>● Writing SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.<br>● Run and execute the project through the various phases of the project life cycle including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live and Hyper-care.<br>● Able to build rapport with clients and manage them effectively. Will require to conduct&nbsp;UAT and support shadow sessions with clients effectively.<br>● Closely collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product Management,&nbsp;Engineering, Technical teams &amp; QA to deploy the projects with the agreed KPIs<br>● Test end-to-end Process flows, drive adoption by giving hand-on end user journey&nbsp;training and validate value outcomes<br>● Keep the Delivery Manager and/or Program Director honest and up to date on any&nbsp;potential risks related to Project Implementation</p> <p><br><strong>Skill &amp; Experience Needed<br></strong><br>● 3-7 years of professional services experience<br>● Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from a top reputed university)<br>● Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience,<br>● Very good communication, Analytical, problem solving, presentation, Organizational&nbsp;and Collaboration skills<br>● Exposure to international clients / projects, Exposure to BA, Domain Knowledge, Team&nbsp;player<br>● Experience with Order-to-Cash(O2C) related business process is a plus<br><br><strong>What You’ll Get<br></strong><br>● Competitive salary.<br>● Fun-filled work culture (https://www.highradius.com/culture/)<br>● Equal employment opportunities.<br>● Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur.</p> <p></p>
