Senior Paralegal / Legal Associate | US VC Firm

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: US Hours- IST: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal / Legal Associate with strong exposure to U.S. legal documentation and compliance processes.

Location: Remote- India Type: Full-Time

They are based in Silicon Valley, with offices in Amsterdam and Mumbai, investing in early-stage hospitality and travel technology startups. The firm’s portfolio focuses on AI-driven technologies that optimize operations, enhance guest experiences, and improve business margins — driving the future of global hospitality innovation.

Key Requirement:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with U.S. legal documentation and a strong understanding of U.S. laws, including California and Delaware corporate laws. Experience limited only to Indian laws (RBI, Indian compliance, etc.) will not be suitable for this role.

Experience Required:

• Around 10 years of experience in legal support, contract management, or legal operations
• 3–5 years specifically handling U.S. legal documentation and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Maintain legal records, files, and data rooms with high accuracy
• Coordinate with U.S.-based external legal counsel
• Support agreement execution and documentation workflows
• Track compliance requirements, filings, and deadlines
• Maintain document versions and audit trails
• Support internal teams with legal documentation and queries

Preferred Background:

• LLB / Legal Studies / Business Administration / Commerce or related field
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management
• Excellent attention to detail and legal documentation accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
