🚀 Hiring: Customer Success Manager | Global D2C Beauty Brand | Gurgaon (On-site)
We’re hiring a high-impact Customer Success Manager to lead and scale global customer experience for a fast-growing international D2C beauty brand (Swedish origin) with a strong global customer base.
This is a leadership role where you will directly influence customer experience, retention, and revenue.
📍 Location: Gurgaon (In-person | IST hours)
🔥 What You’ll Own
- Lead global customer support operations (Email, Chat, Messaging)
- Manage & mentor a team of support agents (hands-on leadership)
- Optimize tools like Gorgias, Shopify, AfterShip
- Own claims, policies & compliance
- Drive automation & AI-led CX improvements
- Contribute to revenue via support-led upsell/cross-sell
- Act as a key leader for the India office
🎯 Who You Are
- Strong E-commerce/D2C background with global exposure
- Proven team management experience
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset (startup agility)
- Experience with CX tools & automation
- Looking for a long-term, high-ownership role
