Hexaware Technologies is seeking a skilled Gen AI Developer with 6-15 years of experience to join our IT & Information Security department. This full-time, permanent role involves developing and deploying AI solutions using Generative AI technologies, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) with Python. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative AI/ML projects, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI technologies combined with Python.

Proficient in Agentic AI, GenAI, and LLM technologies.

Work with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, and Large Language Models for advanced AI use-cases.

Integrate OpenAI APIs and optimize AI/ML models for scalable deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products and platforms.

Engage in prompt engineering and fine-tuning of AI/ML models, including Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, as well as building and managing multi-agent systems.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

6-15 years of experience in AI development, specifically with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs.

Strong proficiency in Python programming.

Experience with OpenAI and other AI/ML frameworks.

Proven ability to develop and deploy AI solutions.

Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

Preferred Skills / Attributes

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems.

Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) concepts and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
