We are looking for a Warehouse Admin & HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative and support functions within the warehouse. This role involves handling supplies, housekeeping, attendance tracking, challan entries, and hiring coordination for ground staff and other roles.
The ideal candidate should be organized, disciplined, and proactive, ensuring smooth functioning of the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Administration
- Manage overall warehouse administration and daily coordination
- Maintain records, documentation, and basic reporting
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of warehouse operations
Supplies & Housekeeping
- Manage warehouse supplies (packaging materials, stationery, consumables)
- Track usage and ensure timely replenishment
- Oversee housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors
Attendance & Staff Coordination
- Maintain attendance records of warehouse staff
- Track leaves, shifts, and working hours
- Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and staff records
Challan & Documentation
- Handle challan entries and documentation for inward and outward movement
- Maintain proper records of dispatch and receipt documents
- Ensure accuracy and organization of paperwork
Hiring & Staffing Support
- Assist in hiring ground staff (pickers, packers, helpers, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Support hiring for other operational roles as required
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in warehouse admin / operations / coordination roles
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable using Excel / basic systems
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
