Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Digital Program Manager at Herbalife India, you will be leading key programs towards the organization's digital transformation initiative. Your primary goal will be to create a unified, modern digital experience for distributors and customers in the Indian market. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing key digital initiatives such as Pro2col, Loyalty program operations, website/app enhancements, and BAU digital communications. This high-ownership role requires strong program management skills, digital operations expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across India and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and rollout of new digital initiatives including new apps, microsites, digital tools, and customer experience enhancements
  • Drive enhancements to Herbalife India's website and digital assets in collaboration with product, UX, publishing, and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with digital, product, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment of digital assets with digital commerce and digital media strategies
  • Build and manage digital roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business impact and feasibility
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Preferred Customer Loyalty program, including analytics, communication, retention, and customer lifecycle workflows
  • Manage CRM and communication journeys for loyalty members across email, SMS, app, and web
  • Monitor KPIs, customer engagement, program health, and recommend improvements for loyalty programs
  • Ensure all loyalty communications meet internal compliance standards
  • Lead marketing and activation strategies to launch and promote the Pro2col platform for India among associates and customers
  • Coordinate with global digital teams, India scientific affairs, IT, legal, sales, and strategy teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and smooth execution of the Pro2col platform
  • Manage BAU digital workflows, content updates, analytics, and reporting for digital operations
  • Lead communication planning and digital marketing execution across social media, CRM, website, and other marketing channels to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for digital operations across internal teams and global counterparts
  • Track performance across digital channels and provide actionable insights for process optimization

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees such as Masters or MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in Consumer Goods/Food & Beverages/D2C/Digital First Brands
  • Extensive experience in digital platforms with knowledge of consumer-packaged goods company operations and best practices
  • Demonstrated engagement or interest in the health and fitness community
  • Knowledge of digital media including social media platforms, SEO, and influencer marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a detail-oriented approach
