Journalist

Helpful Insight is looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products.

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Experience: 1-2 years only

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

· Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and applications.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement seamless user experiences.

· Contribute to the creation of short UI animations, GIFs, or promotional videos when required.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experience.

· Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

· Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.

· Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.

· Create social media creatives for social media handles.

Required SkillS

· Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.

· Experience in User personas, A/B testing, wireframing, prototyping.

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

· Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

· Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, or a related field.

· Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms is mandatory.

· Some expertise in making small GIFs or videos would a bonus.
