Urgent Opening of Retail Showroom Manager at Helios Watch Store - Mohali

• The Retail Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring a premium shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store's visual and operational standards & increase store traffic and optimize profitability of Store.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring staff are following company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and ongoing development for team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
• Sales & Customer Service:
• Drive sales and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering personalized shopping experiences and resolving customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Foster and maintain relationships with high-end clientele to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed on current trends in the watch industry, and continuously educate staff on product features, collections, and new arrivals.
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
• Oversee the management of stock, including inventory counts, ordering, and replenishing products.
• Ensure that the showroom is visually appealing, clean, and organized at all times, adhering to the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinate with the corporate office for product launches, promotions, and any new visual displays.
• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Manage schedules for the team, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and events.
• Handle store-related administrative tasks, including reports, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
• Marketing & Events
• Collaborate with the marketing department to implement local store events, promotions, and campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
• Organize exclusive events or VIP customer experiences to promote the store's high-end offerings.
• Assist in social media marketing efforts to build brand awareness and engage with customers.
• Preference will be given to local candidate
