Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Support the end-to-end execution of tentpole events, brand activations, partner programs, and industry gatherings
- Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and production logistics to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, and run-of-show documents across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, shipping, and credentialing for staff, partners, and guests
- Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest experience, and sponsor management
- Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, editorial, creative, strategy, social, and PR teams to bring events to life
- Contribute to RFP responses and proactive pitches, supporting the development of event-based marketing opportunities
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- 3+ years of experience in event production, preferably within media, automotive, experiential marketing, or lifestyle brands
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and logistics for events of varying scale
- Interest in automotive media and enthusiast culture is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- This is a remote role
The base salary for this role is between $48/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
