Role Overview:

The Patient Navigator will assist patients in accessing healthcare services, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their medical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help the patient for documentation

2. Need to visit hospitals and provide guidance and support to patients regarding treatments and procedures.

3. Act as a point of contact between patients and healthcare providers.

4. Address patient inquiries and ensure their concerns are resolved.

5. Maintain and update patient records.

6. Support administrative tasks related to patient care.

Qualifications

Education: Must be a graduate (mandatory).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Should have knowledge about healthcare.

Should be fluent in English, Hindi and regional language.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with flexible shifts as per operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
