We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment progress and any adjustments needed during sessions.
• Document client sessions accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to enhance client care.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with clients and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
