About the Role -
This is a remote, contract-based position ideal for self-driven professionals ready to make an impact. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, recommending suitable products, managing applications, and maintaining communication from start to finish. You’ll work closely with underwriting and lender teams while having full access to internal support resources.
Who They’re Looking For -
● Licensed Mortgage Agents (Level 1 in Ontario or equivalent in other provinces).
● Candidates not yet licensed must be committed to enrolling in a certification course within the first month.
● Background in sales, customer service, or financial services is preferred.
● Strong communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation and Structure -
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary or benefits. However, the role offers full flexibility and the potential for unlimited income based on your performance.
