Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and a proven track record in attracting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for various departments.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and benefits, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates and enhancing our employer brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
