We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support business hiring needs. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closures. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a data-driven approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout

Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies

Ensure timely closure of open positions

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques

3. Screening & Interview Coordination
