Job Purpose :
The Regional Channel Manager is responsible for driving the sales of Bancassurance, Mutual Funds, and other third-party products across their assigned zones or circles within the retail branch banking network. Reporting to the Senior Regional Channel Manager, the role involves executing sales strategies, supporting branch managers, and ensuring the effective distribution of these products. The Regional Channel Manager acts as a key liaison between the bank’s Circle & Zonal Heads and the broader sales team to achieve and exceed sales targ
Desired Skill Set
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Bancassurance or Third‑Party Product distribution.
- Proven track record of handling multiple branches or a zonal/cluster-level sales portfolio.
