Key Responsibilities:

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the role and organization.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Strong in follow up to manage different requirements at the same time.

Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline.

Going to market and sourcing candidates through on-ground activities, campus hiring and others.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of potential hires.

Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.

Manage offer and on-boarding processes for successful candidate joining.
