You will be the central point of our events strategy: from event selection through to post-event follow-up, you will manage the entire cycle with a content-first approach and a strong network within the tech and media ecosystem.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to help scale H into a category-defining global AI company.

As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and investors to shape the company’s financial strategy, operational rigor, and long-term growth trajectory. You will build the finance organization from the ground up while acting as a strategic partner across fundraising, international expansion, enterprise operations, infrastructure investment, and corporate development.

This role requires someone who combines strong financial leadership with operational intensity, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own H’s global financial strategy, planning, and operations
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and long-range planning
• Build scalable financial systems, controls, and operational processes
• Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, and resource allocation
• Drive investor relations, board reporting, and future fundraising activities
• Lead treasury management, cash planning, and infrastructure investment strategy
• Support international expansion and legal/entity structuring across multiple geographies
• Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, audit, procurement, and financial operations
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and business operations organization
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to align financial strategy with company priorities
• Help shape H’s long-term strategy as we scale enterprise AI deployment globally

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leader in a high-growth technology company
• Experience scaling organizations through hypergrowth, fundraising, and international expansion
• Strong understanding of SaaS, AI infrastructure, enterprise software, or deep tech business models
• Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing complex investor and board relationships
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and scalability
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong ownership mentality
