HCLTech is looking for an experienced ASIC/RTL Program Manager to lead the execution of complex semiconductor programs across the complete ASIC development lifecycle. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role in a fast‑paced engineering environment.

📌 Role Overview

As an ASIC Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving program execution across schedule, performance, power, and cost metrics—from program conception to commercial sample release. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and leadership to ensure successful tape-outs and program delivery.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete ASIC/IP development lifecycle
• Partner closely with Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design, and other teams
• Drive program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage risks, track issues, and implement effective mitigation plans
• Provide regular executive‑level roll-up reporting on metrics, progress, risks, and staffing
• Ensure disciplined adherence to product development processes, design reviews, and change control
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including foundries and operations teams

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s + 4 years, Master’s + 3 years, or PhD + 2 years in
• Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Robust experience in ASIC lifecycle development
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to motivate and align engineering and program teams
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
• Foundry/operations exposure is an added advantage
• Total Experience: 13–18 years, with 3+ years in project/program management
