Position: Desktop Support Technician Onsite Role
Provide exceptional desktop support as a dedicated technician. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and software applications while ensuring seamless communication through various tools.
This onsite position involves addressing hardware and software issues across user systems, particularly focusing on Windows environments and collaboration tools. Key responsibilities include managing user profiles, data backups, and troubleshooting network connectivity. The role demands a commitment to customer service and effective call logging to meet defined service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues
- Support Windows OS and O365/M365 applications
- Resolve network connectivity challenges
- Deploy standard images via Endpoint Manager
- Log support queries and track ticket resolution
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiar with Azure AD and IT infrastructure tools
- Understanding of Windows 10 and 11 migration
- Experience with printer and shared drive troubleshooting
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication
