Project Manager - Specialty Contractor

As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex restoration work from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Your experience:

• At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Preference for experience in concrete and/or masonry construction, but not critical.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Background in change management, issue resolution, and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support field teams.
• Experience producing pay applications and overseeing invoice processes.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and software including Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage forecasting/reporting activities.
