Job Title: Manager, Procure to Pay (P2P)

Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Role Overview

  • Seeking a highly motivated candidate for the Manager, Procure to Pay (P2P) role within the Enterprise Business Services team
  • Requires a strategic problem solver with a passion for people management and strong talent management capabilities
  • Plays a key role in driving standards, simplification, and process improvement initiatives across end‑to‑end Supplier Management
  • Reports to the P2P Director and supports business partners in Goods Not for Resale areas of Finance

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend system and process modifications
  • Increase departmental productivity and efficiency
  • Lead talent management activities including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and fostering a high‑performance environment
  • Lead by example with a driven, energetic, and positive approach to challenges
  • Develop and implement projects, policies, and procedures to improve Supplier Management and internal processes
  • Analyze large volumes of information and produce simple, easy‑to‑understand explanations and action plans
  • Lead meetings and establish relationships with stakeholders and internal business partners
  • Resolve issues with the P2P pipeline using facts to make decisions and recommendations
  • Support ad‑hoc analysis and projects
  • Plan, monitor, and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Drive collaborative cultural change by building trust‑based working relationships and improving collaboration within portfolios

What You Have Done

  • Bachelor’s degree or post‑secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance OR 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience with SAP; VBA and SQL are a significant advantage
  • Proficiency with SAP Concur (essential); experience with Ariba and Fieldglass is an asset
  • Understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
  • Proven record of leading process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with expense and invoice management systems, specifically Concur, including processing and analysis
