What you'll need to succeed:
6+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects—single-family homes, townhomes, or apartments as a Construction Manager. Strong background in high-end finishes, custom detailing, and working closely with architects, designers, and discerning clients. Ability to lead projects from pre-construction through final handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Must live locally to Washington DC—this is a 5-day on-site role, with active jobsite presence required Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
