Our client is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst / BI Analyst in Apopka, FL
Role Description
- Act as a force multiplier and right hand partner to the Hiring Manager
- Define problems, architect solutions, and execute independently
- Automate processes and reduce manual data entry
- Own reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions
- Build sustainable, well documented solutions (not siloed or stored in personal drives)
- Support AI initiatives and automation scripting (currently using Claude)
- Work in an agile, fast fail environment with minimal micromanagement
- Strong focus on financial and job costing data
- Support automated payroll and AI enabled payroll processes (NetSuite)
- Learn the business end to end

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Business Intelligence & Analytics (big picture thinker)
- Solution architecture / systems thinking
- Process automation & scripting
- SQL and data modeling
- BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker – don’t need all)
- Experience working with financial systems (budgeting forecasting)
- Consulting mindset (define the problem, not just report data)
- Automation mindset
- Self starter
- Thinks about the big picture

- Can communicate well with stakeholders (50% customer facing/50% internal)
