Our client is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst / BI Analyst in Apopka, FL

Role Description

• Act as a force multiplier and right hand partner to the Hiring Manager
• Define problems, architect solutions, and execute independently
• Automate processes and reduce manual data entry
• Own reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions
• Build sustainable, well documented solutions (not siloed or stored in personal drives)
• Support AI initiatives and automation scripting (currently using Claude)
• Work in an agile, fast fail environment with minimal micromanagement
• Strong focus on financial and job costing data
• Support automated payroll and AI enabled payroll processes (NetSuite)
• Learn the business end to end
