Nursing- Emergency Department

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Staff member to join our Emergency Department. The candidate will provide immediate and efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality treatment and support during critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
• Monitor patient vital signs and record medical information accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond quickly to life-threatening situations and provide first aid
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
• Ensure proper documentation and patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwife)
• Valid nursing registration/license

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Emergency Department / Critical Care

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving skill
