Role overview
We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta and Google that are built to convert. You will design with data - testing, iterating and optimising creatives against performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Design high-converting static and short-form ad creatives for Meta, Google and other paid channels.
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Work with the performance marketing team to optimise creatives against CTR, CPA and ROAS.
- Stay current with ad formats, hooks and creative trends.
- Iterate rapidly based on campaign data and insights.
Requirements
- 2-4 years designing paid ad / performance creatives.
- Understanding of what makes ad creatives convert (hooks, messaging, CTAs).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic motion / video a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven, test-and-learn environment.
- Portfolio of paid social / performance ad creatives.
Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; Canva; After Effects / Premiere (plus); Meta Ads Manager familiarity (plus).
