Transport Department Lead – GCC Operations( Logistics)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Transport Department Lead to manage and coordinate GCC transportation operations from our Kochi back office. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of GCC transport regulations, fleet operations, driver management, customer coordination, and operational planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and supervise the transport operations team handling GCC activities.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, trip planning, and route optimization.
• Monitor fleet utilization and ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Manage driver allocation, attendance, leave records, and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, transport partners, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with GCC transportation regulations and company policies.
• Track vehicle permits, registrations, insurance, and renewals.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management updates.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

Requirements:-

• Hindi language fluency
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics/transport operations experience, preferably with GCC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GCC transport and fleet management processes.
• Experience in team leadership and operational planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and transport management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
