📌 Program Manager – Compliance Operations

📍 Arlington, Virginia- 15 Months- Onsite role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role will focus on coordinating and managing multiple parallel workstreams within a regulated environment, ensuring alignment, documentation accuracy, and timely execution across stakeholders

.🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent program workstreams and ensure successful deliver
• Coordinate compliance-related activities across different jurisdictions and regulatory requirement
• Maintain detailed program documentation, status reports, and governance artifact
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across team
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
• Provide clear, structured written updates for leadership and program governance

🧠 Required Skill

• Strong experience in Program Management / Project Management / PM
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstream
• Excellent documentation and reporting skill
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skill
• Experience working in structured or regulated environment

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience managing programs across multiple states or jurisdiction
• Exposure to telecommunications, broadband, or infrastructure industries
• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven programs (FCC, USAC, etc.
• Experience in audit readiness or governance-heavy environment
