Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to lead and scale our Early Career Talent Development Programs.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing programs that attract, develop, and retain early career talent, including interns, recent graduates, and rotational program participants.
The ideal candidate is passionate about talent development, highly organized, and skilled at managing cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage early career programs such as internships, co-ops, and new graduate rotational programs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align programs with workforce planning and organizational goals
- Develop program curricula, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives
- Monitor program performance using data and analytics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., universities)
- Foster an inclusive and engaging participant experience that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and early talent pipelines
- Track participant progress and support career development and conversion to full-time roles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in program management
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience working with early career or university recruiting programs preferred
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks
- Experience with HRIS or talent management systems
- Knowledge of diversity recruiting and inclusive program design
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
