Junior to Mid-Level Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer (RR1037)

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Engineer for a production support engineering opening. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers to deliver integrated products and services including: requirements development and tracking; design and development along with integration, test and delivery.

Specific tasks include:

• Develop 3D CAD models and drawings of complex assemblies using SolidWorks and/or BRL-CAD.
• Review technical documentation derive modelling requirements.
• Support simulation environments by creating or editing scripts.
• Provide valuable feedback toward streamlining processes.
• Support hands-on integration and test activities.
• Provide troubleshooting support and feedback of test results to system design activities.
• Document test results and generate formal test reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Appropriate experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 0-7 Years Experience.
• Proficiency with 3D Modeling / Design tools (e.g. Solid Works, Inventor, Creo).
• Scientific or applied physics background.
• Ability to work in a fast paced process / tools driven environment.
• Strong organization skills.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD security clearance.

Desired:

• Proficiency with Python or other similar language.
• Active Secret or Top Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with DoD programs and Technical Data Packages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
