Job Description
HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Engineer for a production support engineering opening. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects.
Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this unique opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers to deliver integrated products and services including: requirements development and tracking; design and development along with integration, test and delivery.
Specific tasks include:
- Develop 3D CAD models and drawings of complex assemblies using SolidWorks and/or BRL-CAD.
- Review technical documentation derive modelling requirements.
- Support simulation environments by creating or editing scripts.
- Provide valuable feedback toward streamlining processes.
- Support hands-on integration and test activities.
- Provide troubleshooting support and feedback of test results to system design activities.
- Document test results and generate formal test reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Appropriate experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 0-7 Years Experience.
- Proficiency with 3D Modeling / Design tools (e.g. Solid Works, Inventor, Creo).
- Scientific or applied physics background.
- Ability to work in a fast paced process / tools driven environment.
- Strong organization skills.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD security clearance.
Desired:
- Proficiency with Python or other similar language.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Level Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with DoD programs and Technical Data Packages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
