It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Product Manager, Store Experience Reporting to Vice President, Product & Engineering Toronto, Ontario Harry Rosen Inc. Central Office (77 Bloor St. West) Remote First Work Environment Your Style, Your Career Harry Rosen is Canada’s premier luxury menswear retailer, with over 70 years of experience and recognition as one of Canada’s 100 Best Managed Companies. We are driven by a passion to inspire and grow, embracing innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients across in-store, online, and curated services. At Harry Rosen, we take pride in recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions, making us a destination for those seeking meaningful and fulfilling careers. As we continue to evolve our customer experience through world-class technology, we're looking for a passionate and seasoned product leader to drive the next chapter of our store ecosystem. The Opportunity As Product Manager, Store Experience, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Harry Rosen's store ecosystem. You will lead our Store Technology Engineering Squad and be the connective tissue between our business stakeholders and our engineering teams — translating the needs of our Selling Leaders, Store Manager, Advisors, Store Back-office Teams, and our Tailoring functions into technology that elevates the Harry Rosen client experience and empowers our people on the floor. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of luxury retail, in-store technology, and data-driven decision-making. What You'll Own Product Roadmap & Strategy — Define and champion the multi-year product roadmap for Store Operations technology, aligning stakeholders across the business on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes. Clienteling Platform — Lead product development on our clienteling tools, empowering our Advisors to deepen client relationships through better data, smarter workflows, and personalized outreach. Appointments and Service Platforms – Own the product direction for enabling seamless customer and associate experiences for in-store appointments and services Retail Compensation Platform — Partner with Finance and People & Culture to evolve our compensation tooling, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and advisor trust. Buy Online, Pick Up InStore (BOPIS) — Shape and refine the omnichannel BOPIS experience, bridging our digital and physical touchpoints seamlessly. Squad Leadership — Lead and inspire a cross-functional Store Technology Engineering Squad, running an effective agile delivery cadence from discovery through to release. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Develop deep empathy for Store Associates, Advisors, and operations leaders through ongoing discovery, shadowing, and feedback loops. Write clear, well-reasoned product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable your squad to deliver with confidence. Define and track KPIs and success metrics for every product initiative, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact. Leverage AI tools to accelerate product management functions — from synthesizing user research and drafting documentation to identifying patterns in usage data and automating repetitive workflows. Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders in Technology, Retail Operations, Finance, and HR. Manage vendor relationships for third-party platforms, negotiating roadmap influence and holding partners accountable to delivery. Stay ahead of trends in luxury retail technology, competitive intelligence, and emerging store tech capabilities. What You Bring Experience 6+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder roadmaps. Deep expertise in in-store systems evolution, with specific hands-on experience modernizing or scaling a Point-of-Sale platform and/or Clienteling platform. Experience in the luxury or premium retail sector is strongly preferred — you understand that in our world, the relationship is the product. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering squads in an agile environment. Experience managing or influencing third-party software vendors and SaaS product roadmaps. Skills & Capabilities Data-aware and analytically fluent — you can work with data teams to define instrumentation, pull your own exploratory queries, and build the narrative behind the numbers. AI-enabled practitioner — you actively use AI tools (e.g., LLMs, co-pilots, analytics AI) to sharpen your product thinking and amplify your team's output. Exceptional communicator — equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to a C-suite audience and writing a crisp user story for a developer. Strong commercial instinct — you think in outcomes, not features. Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives without losing sight of what matters most. Nice to Have Familiarity with omnichannel retail models, particularly BOPIS and store fulfilment operations. Experience with tailoring, alterations, or service-based retail workflows. Exposure to sales compensation or incentive management platforms. Why Join Harry Rosen Shape the future of Canada's most iconic luxury menswear brand at a pivotal moment of digital transformation. Work with a passionate, values-driven leadership team that invests in people and technology. Collaborate with store advisors who are among the best in the business — their expertise will inspire your best work. Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 CAD base salary, commensurate with experience and opportunity for annual bonus Work model: Remote-first, with the expectation of visiting your local Harry Rosen store once a month for store team engagement and collaboration.
