Elevate the recruiting process as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist. Drive full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience in a hybrid work environment. This key role reports to HR leadership and focuses on centralizing hiring practices. With a commitment to improving recruitment efficiency, you will partner with managers to define workforce needs and develop structured interview processes. Your bilingual skills will facilitate resume reviews and initial screenings, ensuring a fair applicant experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles
- Centralize and standardize recruiting practices across the company
- Collaborate with managers to understand role requirements
- Develop structured interview guides and scorecards
- Conduct initial phone screens in English and Spanish Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish essential
- Minimum of 2 years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience with skilled trades recruitment is advantageous
- Familiar with hiring compliance and ATS systems
