Project Manager - Product Development

Role Overview:

You will be part of a global, multi-disciplinary team at HARMAN Lifestyle, dedicated to leveraging technology to create superior sound experiences for consumers. Your role will involve working on high-end brands like JBL, Mark Levinson, and Revel, and contributing to audio innovation through high-tech product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Project Management, Project Planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Costing, People management, SOW, and Risk Management
• Demonstrate proven experience in managing large team programs in an onsite-offshore model, including recruitment, training, and selection of personnel
• Manage team operations, service delivery, client relationships, and provide effective resolutions to customer queries
• Carry out resource planning, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management, and mentoring
• Analyze user requirements and statistics to identify trends and resolve performance issues
• Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track project execution and identify areas for improvement
• Possess strong knowledge of intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family) and validation experience in Windows, Linux, Bios, Firmware, and Device driver validation
• Ideally, have automation development experience (Python, Perl) and good verbal communication and articulation skills
• Display teamwork and leadership in a dynamic and fast-growing product development environment

Qualification Required:

• 4 years of progressive experience in intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family)
• Automation development experience (Python, Perl) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required, BE preferred
• Strong knowledge of intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family) and validation experience in Windows, Linux, Bios, Firmware, and Device driver validation
