Job Description

We are hiring Machine Operators for various manufacturing processes including CNC, VMC, Grinding, Press, and Robotic operations. Candidates should be willing to work in a production environment and follow safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machines (CNC / Grinding / Press / Robo, etc.)
• Load and unload materials as per production requirements
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain quality standards of produced parts
• Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
• Perform basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI (Any relevant trade preferred)
• Experience in machine operation is a plus
• Freshers can also apply
• Willingness to work in shifts

Shift Details:

• Shift will be allotted based on company requirements
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹1140 per day
• In-hand Salary: ₹1035 per day (after PF & ESIC deductions)
• Payment Cycle: Monthly
• PF & ESIC benefits applicable

Additional Information:

• Immediate joining required
• Overtime as per company policy
