Job Description
We are hiring Machine Operators for various manufacturing processes including CNC, VMC, Grinding, Press, and Robotic operations. Candidates should be willing to work in a production environment and follow safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned machines (CNC / Grinding / Press / Robo, etc.)
- Load and unload materials as per production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain quality standards of produced parts
- Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
- Perform basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI (Any relevant trade preferred)
- Experience in machine operation is a plus
- Freshers can also apply
- Willingness to work in shifts
Shift Details:
- Shift will be allotted based on company requirements
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹1140 per day
- In-hand Salary: ₹1035 per day (after PF & ESIC deductions)
- Payment Cycle: Monthly
- PF & ESIC benefits applicable
Additional Information:
- Immediate joining required
- Overtime as per company policy
