We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales operations by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists
• Introduce company services and generate interest from prospects
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and messaging
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets

Daily Work Expectations

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads
• Qualify potential clients and record responses
• Schedule meetings for sales team
• Update CRM with call notes and status
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or outbound calling preferred
• Strong communication skills in English or Hindi
• Comfortable speaking with business owners or decision-makers
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to work from office in Mohali Phase 2
• Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
