Job Summary

Handled Like Magic Concierge is a growing concierge and lifestyle service designed to make everyday life feel effortless for our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated, dynamic, and professional individual in the Mississauga, ON area to assist with errands and day-to-day tasks on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable/reliable, and enjoys helping others. This role offers the flexibility to operate independently while contributing to our business growth through dedication, professionalism and pristine work ethic. The ideal candidate will expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships. Fluency in English is essential for this position and proficiency with customer service to effectively engage with diverse clients.

Duties

• Complete assigned errands accurately and efficiently
• Follow all client instructions carefully
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide updates when starting the task, during (if needed), and upon completion
• Arrive on time for all assigned tasks
• Complete tasks within the agreed timeframe
• Notify immediately if running late
• Represent Handled Like Magic Concierge in a respectful and professional manner
• Be polite, calm, and helpful with clients
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times
• Keep all client information private - do not share address, details, or personal information.
• Do not make major decisions without approval
• Maintain professionalism in all situations
• Do not solicit or take clients outside the business
• All work must go through Handled Like Magic Concierge
• Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and represent the brand professionally
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid Driver's Licence
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs
• Must be comfortable working in client's homes- potentially around cats/dogs and other pets.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be fluent in English- speaking, writing, reading
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
• Additional Requirements/Information
• Must be willing to provide a Current Criminal Record Check (at your own expense)
• Must provide updates during and after each task
• Must submit daily invoice before 9:00pm for completed work.
• This is an Independent Contractor position (not employment)

Hour are NOT guaranteed and will vary based on client demand

No benefits are provided

Your are responsible for your own transportation, vehicle maintenance, fuel, and milage

You are responsible for your own taxes
