- Provide a premium, consistent guest experience every time
- Build relationships with members and drive repeat business
- Recommend services, products, and rebooking options
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and professional
- Support team operations and contribute to a strong shop culture
- Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and products
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (or apprentice eligible)
- At least 3 year of hands-on experience
- Strong technical ability (fades, shaves, beard work)
- Confident, professional, and client-focused
- Sales-minded with a service-first attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Available 16+ hours/week, including evenings & weekends
- Able to pass a cut demo
