What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor services
• Provide a premium, consistent guest experience every time
• Build relationships with members and drive repeat business
• Recommend services, products, and rebooking options
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and professional
• Support team operations and contribute to a strong shop culture
• Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and products

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (or apprentice eligible)
• At least 3 year of hands-on experience
• Strong technical ability (fades, shaves, beard work)
• Confident, professional, and client-focused
• Sales-minded with a service-first attitude
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Available 16+ hours/week, including evenings & weekends
• Able to pass a cut demo
