Salary:
- As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level
- Minimum $78,439 - maximum $109,099
Work year:
- Guidance Counselors shall work the teacher calendar and be employed for 10 days in the summer prior to the start of the school year for 10-month instructional employees.
- Salary is inclusive of 10 workdays between July 1, 2026 and the first workday August 31, 2026 of the 2026-2027 school year.
Benefits
In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package:
including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.
