Role Overview

As a Partnerships Manager at Hackingly, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is proactive, relationship-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential partners (brands, institutions, communities, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
• Assist in developing and executing partnership strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of collaborations
• Track partnership performance and suggest improvements
• Negotiate basic partnership terms and agreements
• Manage day-to-day communication with partners
• Support partnership campaigns, events, and activations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of negotiation and deal structuring
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in startups, edtech, or tech ecosystems
• Exposure to partnerships, collaborations, or community building
• Familiarity with tools like CRM, Google Sheets, etc.
