Job Description
As a Lead Generation AI Automation Expert at our company, you will play a crucial role in owning and scaling our lead generation engine through intelligent workflows and automation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining end-to-end AI-powered lead generation pipelines utilizing tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
Integrating LLMs (e.g. GPT-4, Claude) into outreach workflows to create hyper-personalized, high-converting messaging at scale.
Utilizing AI-assisted tools and APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Clearbit, Hunter) to scrape, enrich, and segment prospect data effectively.
Monitoring pipeline health, conducting A/B tests, and iterating on conversion rates across various channels like email, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions and revenue objectives.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
25 years of experience in lead generation, growth, or sales automation roles.
Proficiency in using no-code/low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) and AI platforms.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and practical application of LLMs in business workflows.
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce and sequencing tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, or Outreach.
An analytical mindset with comfort in handling data, dashboards, and deriving decisions from metrics.
Additionally, the following skills and experiences are considered nice to have:
Python / API experience.
Proficiency as a Clay power user.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Background in SaaS/startup environments.
