As an Account Manager Client Success & People Management based in Jaipur, your role involves managing client relationships, overseeing team members at client locations, driving account growth, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage and support employees deployed at client locations.
  • Address team concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for internal products and services.
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through strategic engagement.
  • Understand client workforce requirements and project needs.
  • Monitor service delivery quality and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
