As a Sales Advisor at H&M Group, your main responsibility will be to deliver the best customer experience to contribute to the store's sales and profit. You will prioritize customers by offering assistance and sharing your product and fashion knowledge. Creating a customer-friendly shopping environment through store operations and maintaining garment care will be essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues by sharing your knowledge and skills to foster a positive working environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer experience. - Folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments to maximize selling opportunities. - Actively processing, stocking, and replenishing garments on the sales floor and in the stockroom. - Opening, unpacking, and labeling merchandise with security tags. - Supporting customer purchases and returns at the register. To succeed in this role, we believe you should: - Have previous experience in retail, merchandising, and/or customer service. - Possess effective time management skills, being stress-resistant and adept at prioritization. - Maintain a customer service mindset, always prioritizing customers' needs while representing the brand. - Demonstrate fashion knowledge and a genuine interest in fashion trends. - Have a selling mindset with the ability to approach and fulfill customer needs.
