Role Description

We are seeking motivated and certified Online Fitness Coaches to join the GymTonic platform. This is a flexible opportunity where you act as the CEO of your own coaching business, powered by our technology.

As a GymTonic Coach, you will utilize our Client Dashboard to manage schedules, track client progress, and deliver personalized workout and nutrition plans. You will engage with clients directly through our Built-in Chat System to provide motivation and support. Instead of chasing leads, you will leverage our Organic Client Acquisition algorithm to get matched with users looking for your specific specialty.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Use the GymTonic Dashboard to organize your coaching business and monitor client milestones.
• Program Design: Create and distribute tailored fitness and nutrition plans suited to your clients' specific goals (e.g., bodybuilding, weight loss, strength).
• Engagement: Maintain active communication with clients via the in-app Direct Messaging system for check-ins and support.
• Profile Optimization: Maintain an up-to-date Personal Coach Page to ensure the matching algorithm connects you with the right demographic.

Qualifications

• Certification Required: Must possess a valid certification in Personal Training, Strength Coaching, Nutrition, or a related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Experience: Proven experience in fitness instruction or online coaching.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and dashboards to manage business operations.
• Communication: Strong written communication skills for in-app client support and motivation.
• Specialization: Clear niche or expertise (e.g., Bodybuilding, HIIT, Yoga, Rehab) is preferred to maximize algorithm matching potential.
