As an Account Manager at Guardteck, you'll be the bridge between exceptional client service and outstanding site performance. This isn't a desk job—you'll be out in the field, building trusted relationships with clients while coaching and developing the site supervisors and teams who represent our brand every day. What You'll Do
Champion Client Success (40% of your time)
- Build lasting partnerships: Be the trusted advisor your clients rely on—through regular site visits, strategic check-ins, and proactive communication
- Drive contract excellence: Ensure every deliverable is met or exceeded, from staffing levels to patrol frequency and reporting standard
- Own the metrics that matter: Track and communicate KPIs that demonstrate our value (incident response times, staffing compliance, audit scores
- Solve problems with speed and care: Handle escalations with professionalism, resolve concerns swiftly, and document everything
- Lead strategic conversations: Facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews that showcase results and deepen client trust
Mentor & Develop Site Leaders (30% of your time)
- Coach for success: Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to site supervisors and team leads, helping them grow into confident, capable leaders
- Be present where it counts: Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, boost morale, and ensure compliance
- Develop talent: Lead performance evaluations and feedback sessions that inspire growth and accountability
- Build strong teams: Partner on recruitment and retention strategies to maintain full coverage and reduce turnover
- Ensure operational clarity: Confirm that post orders are understood, followed, and executed with precision
Manage the Business Side (30% of your time)
- Steward site budgets: Monitor financial performance and keep operations aligned with targets
- Drive operational changes: Complete and submit Client Request Forms (CRFs) for scope or service adjustments
- Simplify complexity: Prepare clear, concise contract one-pagers
- Keep finances flowing: Track billing issues, resolve discrepancies with finance, and follow up on collections
- Support Company Growth: Participate in operations meetings and cross-functional committees and take on special projects and initiatives.

- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
